Kevin and Noemi, along with their two children Caden and Mia, moved from Texas and purchased Grandview Cabins & RV Resort in June of 2017. They are passionate about the outdoors and enjoy off-roading, skiing, hiking, and hunting. Additionally, they are very involved with the community and church. Their main objective is to provide their guests with a clean, welcoming, and peaceful environment to stay. With their love for nature and dedication to hospitality, Kevin and Noemi strive to ensure that their guests have an unforgettable experience at the beautiful Grandview Cabins & RV resort.

DEPOSITS​
40% of Reservation Total. Deposit due when a reservation is made. Balance, plus 11.5% tax due upon arrival.
You will be held responsible for the entire reservation unless cancelled per our policy.
CANCELLATION​/CHANGE POLICY

Cabins:
High Season- 30 days before arrival day.
Regular Season- 14 days before arrival day.
*High season: Week before Christmas- New Year's week, Presidents Day weekend, Spring Break, Memorial- Labor Day Weekend.

RV Sites:
Monthly site 30 days before arrival day.
All others 14 days before arrival day.
Reservation deposits are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee when a cancellation is made before cancellation date.
After cancellation date, deposit will be forfeited unless the cabin or RV site is re-rented for the entire reservation period.
No shows and same day cancellations will be charged for the entire reservation.
Early departures are considered a cancellation; no refunds for early departures.
Monthly RV guests are responsible to pay for their entire reservation unless dates are changed per our cancellation/change policy.
Travel Insurance is recommended & available when you book online or through our staff.
PETS​
Yes, we do allow pets in the cabins as well as the RV Park. All cabins are limited to 2 pets, with a fee of $25/pet/night. Cabins 10 & 11 are limited to 1 pet, with a fee of $25/pet/night. There is no fee for the RV park.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding in cabins ($150.00 cleaning fee). Any other damages to the cabins is the guests responsibility.
All pets must be kept on a leash and crated if left unattended so not to disturb others.
Owners must pick up after their pets.
Pets are not allowed in the office, clubhouse, Laundry, or Restrooms.
FIRE RESTRICTIONS
We are located within the City Limits, which does not allow for individual fire rings at RV or Tent sites. We do offer 2 permitted fire pit areas for guest use, as well as a central BBQ Grill.
